Çalışma hayatıma Temmuz 2011' de Acıbadem Sağlık Grubu'nda başlayan Uzman Diyetisyen Olcay Barış, 6 yıl aktif olarak klinik, poliklinik ve kurum diyetisyeni olarak çalıştıktan sonra 2017 yılında Florya Liv Hospital'da görevine başlamıştır. Özellikle obezite, kilo alma, diyabet, gestasyonel diyabet, çocuklarda obezite, kanserde beslenme, endokrin hastalıklarında beslenme, sindirim hastalıklarında beslenme, kalp hastalıklarında beslenme, karaciğer hastalıklarında beslenme ve sporcu beslenmesi gibi konularda danışmanlık hizmeti vermektedir.
